I'm Kiran Aiyar. My work is focused on improving how older adults and their families experience aging — through Reimaginer, a free book for families navigating senior care, and resources built to help people find clearer answers, faster.
I didn’t come to senior care through a business plan. I came to it through time spent with older adults — first as a volunteer, then in more roles than I expected — watching how much a person’s daily experience of care depends on details most of us never think about until we have to.
Dignity. Autonomy. The chance to still feel like yourself. Those aren’t small things, and I don’t think they should be optional. That belief is what led me to found Reimaginer, write a book for families trying to make sense of their options, and build this site as a place to share what I’m learning along the way.

None of it was about aging. But it shaped how I approach it now: look closely at how something actually works, find the friction, and fix the system instead of just the symptom.
